Sweet Little Graduate

Quick story behind this little one. I've been photographing her at her preschool since she was a baby. That, after photographing her big brother from babyhood through kindergarten! The white cap and gown is the tell tale that this sweet girl is moving on as well. Kindergarten is over and my job is done! It really is a bitter sweet moment for me. I keep a 10x10 framed portrait of this little girl on my desk at work. I'm asked on a regular basis, "Is she yours?" My response is usually a quick, "nah...just a client." But in the back of my mind, I think to myself, "well, she's kinda mine, I've witnessed her grow from a tiny baby to this sweet-dimple-cheeked-big-girl with one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen....so, kinda, but not really!!" Don't worry, I'm not being all creepy or anything......just a bit sappy!
