As you prepare for your upcoming photo session, I wanted to provide some guidance on what to expect and how to best prepare for the session.

All images on this website were captured on the same backdrop that will be used during your session. These samples are meant to give you a preview of what to expect and which colors will best complement your child on the beige backdrop.

I recommend soft earthy tones such as white, cream, pink, blue, tan, aqua, rust, and olive green. Red works nicely as well. Solid colors are best, but patterns like stripes, flowers, and plaids are also suitable. For best results, I advise against clothing with characters or too many blocks of colors.

Please ensure that your child is dressed accordingly for the session. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out to me.

• Registrations and deposits will be taken on-line.
• The registration deadline is OCTOBER 14, 2025.
• The portrait schedule will be available to you by 9:00pm on OCTOBER 16, 2025.
• It is very important that all registrations be done on time so I can focus on making the schedule. Late registrations make this process extremely difficult for me. I thank you, in advance, for understanding and completing your registration in a timely manner!

• A $35 deposit per child will be collected at this time to secure your portrait session.
  (1 child: $35, 2 children: $70, 3 children: $105)
• Once the portrait proofs are posted on-line, you will receive an e-mail with your unique digital gift certificate code valued at $35 per child. You will use this gift certificate code when placing your on-line order.
• You will have one week to order. If an order is not placed by the order deadline, you will receive a default print collection consisting of 4-4x5 prints for each child using the image of my choice.

• Physical safety and mental wellbeing are a priority.
• If at any time, I feel that it is unsafe to photograph your child, the photo session will be cancelled and rescheduled as time permits.
• I will not photograph a child who is visibly uncomfortable and cannot be comforted in a reasonable amount of time.
• Siblings will only be photographed together if it is safe to do so.
• If a session is cancelled due to safety, your deposit will be refunded.

• I strive to provide 3 or 4 proofs per child.
• Some children may have 2 while other may have 6.
• The number of proofs for each child is determined by how our mini photo session went. In some cases, children are full of expressions and laughter. In other cases, things can be a bit more serious, and I have to work harder to get a few good shots. In any situation, I promise to always do my best when creating images of your child.
• All proofs will be available on-line within a few weeks from the portrait event.
• Orders will be taken on-line; don't forget to apply your gift certificate code to receive credit for your deposit.

• The order deadline will be one week after the proofs are available on-line.
• If an order is not placed by the order deadline, you will receive a default print collection for each child using the image of my choice. The default collection consists of 4-4x5 prints.
• Once all orders have been received and processed, printed items will be delivered to the school while digital items will be delivered directly to your email address.
